We have been carefully following Government advice regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and are taking all necessary precautions to mitigate any potential risk. With this in mind, we have taken a number of steps to help everyone stay safe.
Business as usual
Following Government advice, colleagues at our head office in Warwick have moved to working from home, and will continue to do their upmost to maintain service levels to our customers and dealer network throughout this period.
The Renault Trucks dealer network is currently fully operational, working tirelessly to support our customers in providing essential transport services to the community. Dealers are taking all appropriate measures to safeguard customers and staff during this challenging time.
In this rapidly developing situation, and with growing uncertainty over how COVID-19 (Coronavirus) may affect workforces, the Renault Trucks UK & Ireland management team is monitoring the situation closely in order to secure our customer service levels.
