Hi, our Mack Quantum tiltray broke down at Hattah. I called Johnsons and they sent out their mechanic. Whilst trying to jack the cab the hyd hose for the ramp to lift the cab burst. They tried to repair hose onsite with no luck. Had to get their heavey haulage tow truck to tow tiltray to their workshop. Truck was repaired the next day and we were on our way. Sue was very helpful and kept me informed with the progress. They were a very good company to deal with.

I have purchased both new and used equipment, had minor + major maintenance carried out without any issues. This dealership should be the flagship that all dealerships are based on. Polite, friendly, helpful with all maintenance on budget and more importantly on time. The Johnson family understands small business & the way family businesses work.

Goods never arrived and the business doesn’t seem know what they have and do not have in stock. Probably not worth the risk for anything critical or expensive. Fair warning.
