Steve the owner is ignorant as he wont return calls with regards to pre delivery issues of truck not meeting ADR rules. Loren Schroff the General Manager is a rude ,aggressive and abusive person as he is not a man of his word and should not be in the trucking industry as he knows nothing about trucks. Just spent $1,360,000.00 with them big mistake. l got in contact with Hino direct who identified the issue with the truck which has done less than 2000km and they are replacing all the springs as they are faulty. l have been asking the Dealership for the past 3 Months since l took delivery of the truck to check the springs as they are sagging very badly. l Finally got in contact with Steve Robinson the owner of Southside Trucks and all he had to say was condescending and abusive. The owner of Southside Trucks Steve didn't care and doesn't want to know about it. Beware of this man and his Dealership.
