A big shoutout to Luke Simpson (Used Truck Manager), the Night Shift Supervisor Gary Meacham and their amazing team at VCV Wacol. An absolutely top-notch bunch of people who know their trucks inside out and still manage to keep things friendly and easygoing. If you’re looking to buy a used truck, go see Luke — he’ll look after you (the good kind, not the ones who borrow your tools and never return them). And when it comes to service or mechanical work, the team on the floor go above and beyond. Even after the sale, the support staff do everything they can to get you back on the road quickly if you hit a bump along the way. Sabina at Wacol was crazy, off the charts, exceptional in her resolve to see the needs of my truck were met far above the call of duty. Her dedication and commitment I haven’t seen for over 10 years. Covid killed our standards in Australia but Sabina fights for honour, integrity and treating customers the old school way; thankyou for your support, we’d be truly stuck without it. Knowledgeable and friendly staff/technicians. VCV is the best in Brisbane area. Provided reasonable price, explained what's the problem gently. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone in the future. (Suggestions-Packaged repair deals will be more peace of mind if they bring back again.)

Mark at the Wacol branch is fantastic. Sets realistic expectations for delivery timeframes. I can throw the most gibberish description at him and he always delivers the correct parts and quantities. If 6 stars was an option, he would get it. Thank you Mark!!
