If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m a tramper and live in my truck for weeks at a time, so I look after it properly. My unit went into Renault Carlisle for work, and the condition I got it back in was honestly shocking. The cab was left dirty, the floors were a mess, and my cleaning gear was thrown around everywhere — including all over the dash. Even my curtains, which weren’t cheap, had dirt on them. There was no respect, no care and no basic standards shown for a driver’s living space. Really disappointing.

Can only speak as a driver, our company run only 5 Renault tractor units so by no means a big customer but anytime we have to come in here for repairs/maintenance wether booked in or not they sort the issue out no questions asked, ok you may have to wait for a bit of your not booked in but atleast they don’t send you away like other manufacturers 👍

Aways taken my truck here for service. They are interested in the job, not just looking for a pay packet
