To fully benefit from the warranty, maintenance must be carried out following Renault Trucks’ maintenance recommendations.

8 Year warranty or 160,000 km* on electric battery
Battery performance guaranteed with a State of Health (SOH) of at least 70 % within the warranty period.
This warranty is designed secure range, performance and long‑term value of your electric vehicles, so you can confidently switch your operations to electric without compromising on productivity.
Anti‑corrosion warranty
The 5 year anti‑corrosion warranty covers perforation from corrosion of the cabin, according to our warranty conditions, contact your dealer if you have any questions.

Parts & accessories warranty
Renault Trucks genuine parts and accessories includes 2 years warranty when the part is fitted in a Renault Trucks workshop (parts and labour covered), and 1 year warranty when the part is sold over the counter.
If an accessory is sold directly by a supplier, the supplier’s warranty applies (for accessories local conditions may apply).

FAQ
All Renault Trucks Master and Trafic, in both electric and diesel versions, benefit from the new warranty, based on the main assembly date rule described in the documentation (from 1 January 2026 in the reference document, local conditions may apply).
Your coverage starts on the day of delivery, when you receive your vehicle and the associated warranty certificate.
The warranty is valid until the first limit reached: either 3 years or 160,000 km.
Once one of these thresholds is reached, the manufacturer warranty ends.
Maintenance is not included in the basic warranty. It remains at your charge and must follow Renault Trucks’ maintenance recommendations.To simplify your daily operations and stabilise your budget, you can combine the warranty with service contracts that include maintenance and extended coverage.
For vehicles still under the former coverage, your Renault Trucks dealer can offer Secure maxi 3 years / 160,000 km contracts (or equivalent local solutions) to provide a protection level aligned with the new warranty.
