BOURGES TRUCKS ETS DOURS

While passing through Bourges with my 2004 Fiat campervan, I had a brake problem and arrived at reception at 11:30 a.m. We were picked up at 2:00 p.m. after diagnosis of the broken brake. They parked our campervan outside, and the spare parts reception was ready at 12 a.m. We were able to continue our vacation. In conclusion, a very warm welcome. Thank you for everything. François

Poor vehicle care; they changed a battery that was still functional and made you fix it knowing that the fault was not due to the battery. Poor diagnosis and therefore poor skills in the matter. Only positive point: the welcome! The rest is not at all top notch! I do not advise you to take your vehicle to be repaired by them.

I had the pleasant opportunity to meet the people who work at the service center for an unfortunate incident involving damage to the transmission's computer board. They will remember me when they read what I've written. I am Bulgarian, and French is not my native language, but I use Google services. I would like to thank everyone who works there, as well as a few individuals, including the girl in the office, the employee who drives the truck, and especially a young Black man. They made my five-day visit to the service center enjoyable. If the service manager reads this, please know that these are your indispensable colleagues. Thank you, my friends.

They don't deserve any stars. When your vehicle leaves the garage, it's even more broken down than before. Don't stop, you'll avoid a lot of problems. Because it's never their fault anyway.
