ETS GUILLUMMETTE LE MEUX

Very bad. Came with a renault truck with brake problems (no brakes on trailer, was problem of truck). They just send me away, no time they say. Service is just as bad as there trucks.

One star because zero is not an option. The work was neither done nor done properly, deadlines were not met, the lower control arm bolt was forced in with a sledgehammer because it was the wrong part number, the wrong amount of oil was put in the gearbox, the wrong oil seal was installed (resulting in a leak), the work was sloppy, there were black handprints around the hood, nothing was cleaned under the vehicle, nor were the dirt and grime on the bodywork cleaned (even though I was charged for a can of cleaner...). The vehicle was out of commission for a month after a clutch replacement. At €95 excluding VAT per hour, it's highway robbery. For a company that claims to specialize in commercial vehicles, this level of incompetence is quite astonishing. Avoid at all costs.
