Following a flat tire, I contacted the gay garage to quickly change my tires because driving on a space-saver tire on the A15 isn't very reliable. I dropped off my car in the morning, and by 1 p.m., the tires ordered by the garage had already been changed. No waiting, friendly and helpful welcome... Responsive and efficient

RUN AWAY!!!! I made an appointment at this garage for a service on my car, plus a vibration starting at 100 km/h, likely due to a wheel balancing issue and a malfunctioning air conditioning system. When making the appointment, I asked if they offered a loaner car: no. So, I arranged for my neighbor to pick me up after I dropped off my car. On the day of the appointment, my first surprise was that the garage did indeed have a courtesy car system...then, they assured me they would run a diagnostic on the vibration and air conditioning problems and call me to keep me informed. I'm still waiting for that call...on my end, after dropping off my car at 8:30 am, I called the garage back at 4:00 pm to find out the status of the work. "Yes, yes, ma'am, you can pick up your car from 4:30 pm onwards..." I thought, "Uh oh...!" They didn't call me to tell me the diagnosis for the vibrations and the air conditioning; it doesn't bode well, but I'm still hoping I've finally found a decent garage. I arrive at the garage (again, thanks to my kind neighbor) to pick up my car, and I nearly have a heart attack: a bill for 700 euros!!!! You might be thinking: for a service, wheel balancing, and air conditioning repair, yeah, okay, that's alright...? Except that 700 euros is just for the car service! Yes, really! Just so you know, the cost of a can of oil for a service on a Renault Talisman station wagon will set you back... 100 euros... and for the rest? The vibrations: the garage didn't have time to look at them, and the air conditioning: they couldn't find the problem. I don't even know whether to laugh or cry! But my moral of the story is: never again will I go to that garage, and my next service will be at Midas, Norauto, or somewhere similar. My wallet will be happier, and my car won't be any worse off.

The team is welcoming, professional, and attentive. My car was taken care of quickly for a complete service and an alternator replacement, and everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend this garage for their professionalism and efficiency!

Avoid this garage. You drop off your vehicle for a service and pick it up with even more problems, and the owner tells you you're just unlucky. The service at this garage told me my brake pads need replacing within 10,000 km at the most. I went for my vehicle inspection after leaving the garage, and they failed due to excessive brake pad wear. It's worrying that they can't even properly inspect brake pads. A very bad experience at this garage; avoid it.
