Garage TERRIEN (in La Chapelle Basse-Mer 44450) is human...so we're coming back! This is the first time in my life that I'm a fan of a garage, a mechanic. When I took my car (Volkswagen brand) to a mechanic, I was always afraid of the amount of the bill and of being ripped off as a woman. Well, frankly, I no longer have this fear when I go to Garage Terrien. Hats off to this company! Whether it's at the reception with Mathurin, or the repairs with Cédric or Gabriel, they are welcoming, polite, efficient and even caring. If you have a minor breakdown, they don't try to rip you off or cheat you like the Volkswagen garage (AUTO GARAGE DE L'OUEST SAS in Orvault 44700) who gave me a €900 quote to repair my car's central locking system when all I needed to do was change the key battery!!! A disgrace!!!! I just left the Terrien garage and I'm truly grateful for their professional ethics toward their customers. Now retired, I like to think that my pension won't be swallowed up by exaggerated repair bills. A big thank you to the TERRIEN garage team🙏🏽!
