Stay well clear absolutely shocking outfit.. The only reason they got one star is because I couldn’t put “0” down …again shocking / stay clear

i've been to some terrible garages but this one takes top spot i bought two new ISUZU one of them is good and one keeps having intermittent faults went this morning to get checked over ment to be a hour as it was booked already, they then said no it will be at least a day once i had already turned up, i told them i was 90min away she didnt care so just cancelled it who ever owns JDS trucks needs to sort out the staff on the front desk customer care 0

Avoid with all costs! The worst experience ever! Lack of professionalism and no customer service at all! You can find a much better service anywhere else (Sheffield, Thirsk). They have incompetent staff starting from the front desk and finishing with the workshop. Our truck was there for 2 months and every week we would get a new lie, from the truck getting fixed the next day to waiting for parts and “we don’t know when it will be ready”. They charged us for a wrong diagnosis which made the repair process more difficult. After 2 months we took the truck to someone competent who fixed it in 2 hours.

called to book in a truck. was told they'd call me back, no call back. called next day and booked in a week later at their earliest date. On arrival i was told it wasnt booked in and next slot was 8 days later. this is after our previous experience when our truck was there for 4 days before it was seen, then it took 3 more visits to rectify the issue Pathetic service they dont deserve our business
