I brought the tow truck to the service center and was met with a genuinely attentive and friendly team. The environment was very clean and organized. I was only there for a Webasto check on my 2024 model, but the team checked everything. I thank them for their attention and effort. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The worst service I have ever seen in my life is someone called Atakan. He made me suffer a lot. Even though my vehicles are under warranty, do not go to the alternative cities. Go to the Başak service centers that are not Koçarslanlar for your own good and the good of your vehicle.
