I was only there as an advisor for the actual buyer. Unfortunately, the salesman was anything but friendly. Besides the exorbitant price (the car was €1000 more expensive than a comparable, better-equipped model) and the lack of room for negotiation on the inflated price, the car was already in poor condition. Then came the pressure from the salesman, who wanted to close the deal quickly. He didn't get it, and was actually asked for a period of almost 19 hours to consider it, until around noon the following day. But when the actual buyer called shortly before noon, the salesman said he was glad the car wasn't being taken, as a colleague had already sold it early. That's completely unacceptable, especially when it was supposedly reserved. There is definitely a need for better customer service and sales training.

Super friendly and competent advisors. Not pushy at all, but patient and with plenty of time for good, constructive conversations. A test drive was no problem. We felt very comfortable at the dealership. Thanks to Falco Pabst, we found the perfect car for my parents. It turned out to be a fantastic used car. The handover was stylish and sophisticated, with flowers and a bottle of something special... Thank you! We'll gladly come back to Meiningen.

Great team 👍 My car's display showed an engine error. I called the dealership and got an appointment the same day. The problem was fixed immediately. A huge compliment to the friendly employees at this dealership.
