Hello, Following a phone call I made regarding an issue with my Renault Midlum, specifically a problem with the oil pressure gauge, I was met with a rather unpleasant person. I explained the situation, asking for troubleshooting steps to diagnose the problem and if it was possible to contact their workshop. She asked if I had ever been to their workshop before, and asked a few other questions to determine if I had previously paid them. She then spoke to her colleague, and I heard her rambling on with no real interest in my problem. A few seconds later, she said, "Well, there's nothing we can do for you, you'll have to call roadside assistance, that's all." So I contacted another garage, Garage Mullot in Périgny, where I was able to discuss the issue and perform some troubleshooting steps to determine the severity of my problem. They were professionals who listened to my concerns, unlike Renault Trucks in Saint-Vivien... I hope never to see them again.

Appointment made a week ago. On the day, arrived as soon as it opened, the secretariat told me that the workshop was busy with something else and would not have time for my truck...52km return in 19t for nothing, and the work that awaits. Making fun of the customer doesn't seem to be a problem

I've been established since 2013 and own three tractors, four grain trailers, a flatbed trailer, and a MAN hooklift trailer. Following a brake imbalance, I went to have the brakes tested to adjust the cams on one of the trailers. The problem was identified, but then things got complicated! I went back to the workshop reception with the mechanic and waited for the workshop manager/receptionist. A few minutes passed, and the mechanic told me to contact the parts department directly, as if I had diagnosed the problem myself! So I went to the parts department with the registration document, where they told me they needed more information about the trailer. In the meantime, the manager/receptionist returned, and a heated argument ensued between the mechanic, the manager, and the parts department regarding: Is there a work order? And what about the trailer's information? No answer! (No one bothered to go and collect the information from the trailer, which was only 20 meters away!) I was told they would call me back the next day. So I left with my rig. I let the following day pass, and without a phone call, I went back to the workshop at the end of the day to ask. The receptionist returned with the mechanic and told me I had to come back with the trailer because they hadn't noted the axle number! Completely stunned, I left the workshop. There's a real communication problem with the workshop! I strongly advise against going there, even though I've been satisfied with the shop's service until now, which tries its best to do its job. I decided to go to the Negotruck garage in Périgny (already customers, but further away). The team there was attentive and friendly, did the diagnostic, and communicated all the information to the shop. They provided a quote in less than two hours, offering an appointment by phone and then by email. Make the right choice!
