I recently booked an appointment to have the battery replaced on my commercial vehicle, which you modified. First appointment: I was surprised by a remark about being slightly late, even though I was in the parking lot finishing clearing access to the battery to facilitate the work. After waiting for about an hour, I was finally informed that no replacement batteries were in stock. This regrettable lack of foresight resulted in an unnecessary trip. Second appointment: Despite making an effort to arrive precisely on time, I had to wait almost 40 minutes again for the replacement of the same battery, which was, in fact, very accessible. The workshop team was efficient once the work began, but the organization and time management (the delay in the service and the lack of stock) are very disappointing and fall short of the standards expected of a dealership. Information regarding available stock should be verified before confirming an appointment.

I only went for diagnostics. Work for 30 minutes, and they needed 3 hours. I had an appointment for 07.30 in the morning, and the bus arrived at 14.00. They did nothing for three hours, but I paid 150 euros. Apparently this is how they make their salaries. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
