NORFOLK TRUCK & VAN (IPSWICH)

I booked my truck in with Norfolk Truck & Van – Ipswich Depot (Great Blakenham) for a diagnosis, and they confirmed the booking and told me to bring it in. After waiting a week, I asked for an update, only to be told they couldn’t do the diagnosis because they were “too busy.” When I asked why they booked me in the first place and made me waste both my time and over £200, their response was extremely rude, essentially telling me they didn’t care. “We don’t care it is what it is” This shows a complete lack of respect for customers, poor work ethic, and an attitude that makes it clear they don’t value people’s time or hard-earned money. Lazy, unprofessional, and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone who values honest, respectful service. Be careful before trusting them with your vehicle.

Idiot ignorant driver of Norfolk Truck & Van vehicle reg no. HN23 GNY thinks it is acceptable to drive up onto the pavement and leave his vehicle obstructing the pavement to wheelchair users and person with prams etc. Rectory Road Ipswich 24/08/25 12:51hrs. Don’t use will overcharge you so many failings on PMI’s MOT failures after pre MOT inspection. If you want to keep your operators license in the green, I suggest you Do Not Use Norfolk Trucks All information on PMI is false. Use an good independent service centre

Brilliant service from this garage. We went here for our campervan mot. All staff incredibly helpful and go the extra mile. Great reception staff and special mention to Martin the mot tester who is a mine of information for campervan owners ! Can't recommend this place enough.

We had our MOT on our large Winnebago RV done here today, and we can't recommend them highly enough, easy to book and get to, really nice and VERY professional staff, from reception to the really knowledgeable man who ran us through the MOT, 10 out of 10 in all aspects, and we will be back again for our next MOT. Really first class!
