Normally, "Gran Grupo" (Big Group), the shop has to accommodate the customer, not the customer accommodating the shop.
I think they're going to lose a customer!

It's a shame, they lost a client today...
I'll put the details on a complaint form... arrogant and, what's worse, unprofessional. I'm sorry to post this comment, but it's my opinion.
I must have had bad luck... I didn't have bad references about them; I think they underestimated me.

If you are not a customer, you do not get a discount on the pieces; they even charge you for entering the waiting room, if you can call that a waiting room for customers.

The manager and reception staff are incredibly rude; they act like they're the ones who invented Renault. It's a disgrace. They behave as if they have too many customers.
