PGL EUSKADI SLU (Alava)

I will not return to this workshop, and like me many others I have spoken to who have had bad experiences. In May I took my Renault for maintenance, oils, filters, valves and adjustment. The next day I go to get it, and the gearbox doesn't work properly. I tell them to check it, I come back the next day because they tell me it's done and the same error. They tell me that I have to loosen the box and send it for repair, the truck has 400,000 km, I have never had the gears skip and they entered without a problem. In May when there is more work... I tell them to do what they have to do but I need the truck... They release the box, they send it to be repaired and after almost a month and a half, the box comes back, they assemble it and the same failure. In two days, they call me and it's already working, and they can't tell me clearly what it was. On the invoice they put maintenance and a gearbox, they don't charge me for labor but whether it's the gearbox or not, they take the truck out of the workshop. An expert without looking at anything, just hearing the two versions, agrees with them and with that, after looking at it, two lawyers tell me that I have nothing to do. How to recommend them...

I always get my repairs done at this shop! I'm happy! I definitely recommend it!
