I bought a truck from a third-party company, not Renault Trucks. It had been inspected at Renault Trucks Murcia beforehand, and they told us it was in perfect working order. As soon as we picked up the truck and brought it to Malaga, we noticed it was scraping on the rear gear, third gear, and seventh gear, and leaking a lot of oil from the front. The handbrake also isn't working properly. I called to complain and ask what tests they had done, and they told me I had to contact the third-party company. That's fine, but why did I pay for a Renault Trucks inspection when it's been giving me problems from the start? This company is completely unprofessional, and I suspect there's a lot of favoritism involved.

We went with a problem that another shop couldn't detect, and they did it very quickly and fixed it.
The service was also very good on their part.
