    The mechanic is an excellent person, very kind and positive; it's truly a pleasure to work with people like that. However, the Romanian guy—I think he's the workshop manager—was very rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend him; I think he thinks he's the workshop manager. I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but it's the honest truth. Thank you very much. Best regards.

    We had a problem with the tractor unit's steering, and a young mechanic kindly helped us. It turned out to be the pump, which they replaced with a new one. Excellent and fast service. Problem solved in 2 hours. 10 out of 10!
