RENAULT TRUCK COMMERCIALS (FELIXSTOWE)

CANNOT fault the service. Massive thank you to the apprentice, Sam King and the lad, who's name we did not catch, for getting us back on road after helping us with an emergency tyre swap. We did not have the correct size tyre iron to loosen the locking wheel nut. They did not hesitate to find the right size and whip the tyre off there and then in the front car park. The guy also suggested a repair kit for any future emergencies (we will likely need this as the work van is cursed). Massive thanks again from 159 Inspection Services.

Yard is small but very friendly

Total joke no customer service at all. Took a van in for repair an had to sit on a wall outside as drivers room is closed. Wouldn't be so an but its November its wet a cold know wonder nobody wants to drive for a living shan't be going back thats for sure!!!!

7/8* to Spencer and Neil as their efforts are limited, plus 6* to sales team! But as company and I do know what I'm writing probably around 3*ish! They (Volvo and Renault will never be prepared to accept their liabilities) just want to have all done on them side! Special thanks to BRS girls, however not mentioning names as strictly business! Overall 3.2* Keep going Volvo!
