Nice wide road to get to Renault just off the A33. Go in turn right and park up. Spacious and plenty of staff and Toilets and a drinks machine.

Very Poor service. we booked pmi but on the same day they said they do not have availability. it was worst service and person was rude too.

Always have had good relations with them. Occasionally I have had a few issues but quickly resolved, great punch and good banter very happy with garage.

Had my American RV MOT'd by them. Good service, a/c waiting room with free quality hot drinks. Highly recommend.

My motorhome was booked in to Renault Trucks on 5th April 2018. No work was started until Wednesday 11th April 2018. On phoneing Wednesday I was I formed that the off side front wheel was not round and they hoped that the van would be ready late afternoon. Today is Thursday a week since the van was boomed in. I have just phoned and found out that the info they had been given was not right. Now they are taking the wheels of the front of the van and putting them on the back. Carry out a test drive and I am to phone them in the morning. Is this the kind of service a customer can expect? Who do I write to. To get some explation that makes sense.
