    I wish to express my dissatisfaction following my visit to the spare parts department at your Massy location. The service was unacceptable. The parts clerk on duty seemed unfamiliar with the spare parts inventory and consistently questioned the information I provided regarding the necessary parts. This attitude, in addition to a clear lack of professionalism, wasted my time. As a customer, I find it regrettable to have to justify technical specifications to someone who should be able to verify them accurately. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service.

    Over a month to replace a clutch cable, billed at €120 (€25 online retail price) plus additional "administrative" fees, even though I never received a single phone call to inform me of the total cost, the estimated timeframe, or even the availability of my repaired vehicle. Appalling service; one star is even too generous.
