Needed reasonably urgent fuel filters replacing on a hired unit, Southampton were too busy but Poole accommodated us Saturday morning & had us back on the road in short order. Thank you to the decent young & professional fitter & a big thank you to 'Dizzy' service reception lady, a proper diamond who immediately made me feel welcome. Such friendly & efficient people. One our vans went in for an MOT on the 11/01/24. It was a great service from making the booking to collecting the van. The communication with Dizzy and the team was clear and informative through out the day on the Eta of completion, allowing us to plan our next jobs.

What a great experience. The clutch failed on our campervan which has a quickshift gearbox meaning some garages won’t touch it. Phoned Sparks and spoke to Dizzy who was very reassuring and helped us get the van recovered to the garage by the AA. Excellent service from Dizzy every step of the job keeping us posted on diagnosis, costs, timescale When we collected the vehicle the mechanic who worked on it came over for a chat. It was nice to be able to speak to the person who actually did the work. He was very polite, helpful, chatty and informative and it was clear that he really understood our old van. The van drove home beautifully after the work, very smooth gear changes so a big thank you to all involved. We had a bit of an additional worry about a roof leak meaning rain was getting into the van and Dizzy ensured it was kept indoors almost all the time, so despite the weather recently it was still nice and dry. Service over and above what you usually receive and delivered with a friendly smile. I cannot recommend them enough.
