After Alberto, the manager, had agreed to repair a piece of equipment and after trying repeatedly to contact him for 15 days, there was no choice but to go personally to speak with him in Plasencia. He apologized but returned to his habit of not answering the phone. After another week, he finally deigned to repair the equipment, not without rudeness, arguing that he didn't have the time or the workers. Lack of formality.

I haven't been treated better in any truck shop than here, even though I've traveled all over Europe. Super-professional both in the shop and in the office. There's a family atmosphere between managers and employees; that's the best sign you get when you walk in. Alberto "the Boss" reassures you no matter how serious the breakdown is.
