Serviço muito mau, e mecânicos sem experiência nenhuma ou preparados para enganar as pessoas. Estive quarta-feira e quinta-feira nesta oficina. Na quarta ligaram o computador para descobrir a avaria, na quinta estiveram 5 horas de volta do camião para repara-lo, pois foi o que cobraram 487€ de 5 horas de trabalho. Saio de lá e ao fim de 3 horas o mesmo problema no camião volta a aparecer, as baterias descarregavam a voltagem. Disseram que tinham testado tudo, baterias alternador,motor de arranque, fusíveis e até a instalação elétrica. Fico mal novamente com o camião e tive que comprar 2 baterias para voltar para Portugal. Quando chego a empresa onde trabalho,ao fim de 10m, foi descoberto o problema, o alternador avariado e 2 dias o camião na marca Renault não conseguiram ver isso. Mas conseguiram cobrar 500 de mão de obra. Para mim é roubar O chefe da oficina não vale nada nem deve perceber de mecânica de certeza. Estiveram 5 a 6 homens ao mesmo tempo de volta do camião e não conseguiram ver que o alternador estava avariado . Não aconselho a ninguém, é perder tempo e dinheiro pois para uma casa oficial Renault não saber trocar um alternador é muito mau além de precisarem de 5 horas para carregar as baterias com um carregador, mas tive que lá estar quase 2 dias, o meu patrão pagar quase 500€ para carregarem as baterias do camião. Muito mau mesmo. Não aconselho mesmo
