I have never met an operator as caring and as thorough as Aitor and his team at Viauto, I highly recommend Viauto for any mechanical work. Aitor kept me informed of what he planned to do and how he was going to move forward to repair the mystery with my car, thank you Aitor.

I found this shop through someone else's recommendation. The kindness, attentiveness, integrity, and honesty I witnessed and experienced from Aitor, first and foremost, and from the mechanics in general and the administrative staff, was so impactful that I left there feeling like tears due to the imprint of tremendous gratitude and affection they left in my heart. Never in my life did I imagine a shop could exist with this great human capacity combined with technical efficiency. As for the efficiency in detecting and resolving my vehicle's problems, it was completely impressive. Aitor is a highly capable and intelligent person, not only intellectually and technically, but also ethically and socially. This allows him to be very effective in resolving vehicle problems, along with the quality of the human service he provides. I won't recount everything I experienced and observed because it would be too long. The person selecting the staff for this company almost certainly has to be someone with exceptional talent, capacity, and moral, social, and technical ability. These are the people we need to care for and help because they are the ones who make this world a better place for everyone. I wish them the greatest happiness in their lives.

There aren't many workshops like this left. Workshops with real mechanics who find and solve problems from the customer's perspective, not from the short-term interests of the brand and quick replacements.

Workshop where they do not accept industrial vehicles that are equipped as motorhomes or campers, good policy... thanks for the service, for simple maintenance, why don't car workshops have lifts of a certain size... and they send you to industrial...
