The services offered are very expensive, the behavior of the staff is execrable, more precisely the director. The saying “The fish stinks from the head” fits here because the director of the company treats customers like animals. I feel sorry for those who stay all the way to Brasov with Renault and Volvo trucks. This gentleman ruins the whole image of these brands.
