Friendly staff, driver waiting area, toilet, shower, coffee machine. Of course, you have to hang it up.

Correct and respectful staff, clean environment, separate driver waiting area, restroom, shower. Parking available, security guard. Service requests with pre-arranged appointments run smoothly.

Unfortunately, I waited 5 hours today before I could leave for home, that wouldn't be a problem, but since there's no coffee machine or buffet, I think a vending machine would be a good idea.
