JDS TRUCK & VAN (BLACKBURN)

Unfortunately I cannot write a positive feedback for this company. They were building a van for me which was initially quoted for 3 weeks delivery. I phoned 2 weeks later to see the progress only to discover it was going to take another month to finish... There were even more further delays so it took 2 month to built but it DOESN'T END HERE. When I arrived to collect it (it wasn't a cheap journey all the way from Europe) they made me pay for the van in their office it was nearly £36k. One of the guys then took me to the body builder to collect the vehicle. When I first saw the van I couldn't believe what I saw. It was not what I ordered and simply built to wrong spec. I was completely emotionally drained and after 2 month waiting I got the wrong vehicle so I refused to take it. They said they would pay for expenses I had coming to collect the wrong van but they never did. response: Yes you did offer a silly £1000 discount on something that would cost 3 x more to fix and no you did not offer to fix it yourself as the bodybuilder said it was impossible to do.

Our master needed a new gearbox under warranty and the service I received from jds was first class and so much so that I will be buying more trucks off the in the future
