Sarl Saldae VI - El Kseur

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The carpet in my room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the entire stay uncomfortable. Even more concerning was the level of service provided. It was by far the worst I’ve experienced in any hotel I’ve stayed at around the world. The staff were unhelpful, and there seemed to be a lack of professionalism and care for guests. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until serious improvements are made to both the cleanliness and the quality of service.

.Unfortunately, I felt ill during the night and urgently needed water. I checked around the room but I couldn’t find any as none was provided. When I went to the reception around 1 a.m., I was informed that there was none available in the whole hotel! and that no staff member could assist me. I was therefore forced to go and buy some outside at 2am! The receptionist was not professional!

We really liked our stay in this hotel. The service was friendly and they had entertainment everyday. It is well located too.

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff are super nice, the room was clean and we had a view of the city. The only thing I can say is that the hot water had little pressure. Otherwise nothing to complain about

Breathtaking view, average hotel and terrible amenities management. The gym and the pool are hardly ever opened, there no communication whatsoever of them being unavailable when you book the hotel. The staff is not trained at all. Such a pity, this hotel has a huge potential and is ruining it by being terribly managed.
