I do NOT recommend!!!! Unprofessional managers! The management is not customer-oriented! We ordered racks for 38,000 UAH for a store from a certain manager Natalia - a super busy person, who you have to constantly call and ask for (((( She was doing the project for 3 months, I regularly disappear without a trace. When I called, she responded "Oh! I thought you had already ordered from another place!" Then, when we decided to pay - we asked for payment in dollars (since the conversion to UAH turned out to be 1.27 UAH higher than the market rate!), their catalog indicated USD - to which the head of the department Oksana replied that these were not dollars, but just currency))) they could be euros. We found another contractor - more polite, and with a better price!
Don't waste your time on ETS manufacturers!!!!

I ordered components for commercial equipment with delivery across Ukraine. I contacted them for the first time. The order was small, but it was urgent. Manager Natalia answered all my questions clearly, selected the necessary items online, created an order, and within 2 minutes I received an invoice. When I paid the invoice, Natalia sent me my order the same day and sent the Nova Poshta declaration numbers. The next day the order was already with me. It is very pleasant to deal with such people.

The company's representatives are quite rude, parking in areas where the only access is blocked for pedestrians. After that, the company's management starts claiming they have no control over their employees. It's worth considering whether to contact this company or order anything from them.
