One of the best volvo&renault services I have ever been. As a driver, you feel like you are home. The great lady at the entrance speaks english and you can take a shower as driver and there is also coffee&tee. They work from 08:00 to 16:30. You cannot sleep here with a truck but you can leave trailer at their parking space and drive towards industriestrasse.

AVOID! Extremly ugly behaviour towards the client. We asked them a simple thing and they didn`t wanted to help, after a talk with the GREAT lady there, she passed the phone to her manager who started to yell and hang up the phone. Such a poor quality service, totally dissapointed about this location.

The best service in Germany!!! Staff are really friendly, receiving technik is very Nice and he speaks perfect English. Workers in garage are kind, they have a desire to work and helped us a lot with the problem on out truck. Luxury badroom & luxury waiting room with 150cm TV are aviable. Only 100m far way is shipping centre (aldi, netto and more ). We are looking forward to next visit. Greeting from Slovakia: Michal & Viktória (thank you very much for a gift - model of Volvo LKW)

This is definition of customer service! Absolutely proffesional, friendly, customer orientated place! I've been there today, they found problem with my truck, during waiting I had nice talk with owner daughter and wife, got a coffee, warm and nice shower available, even got a nice cap :) Herr Stefan - absolutely proffesional, they speak in English as well, also mechanics know Polish, so communication can be done on high level :) Totally reccomended, high 6 of 5 for this place! :) Best regards to The Best Workshop Team I have ever met across Europe!
