Truly awful experience here. I feel as though I was taken hostage and paid for the pleasure of it! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Here 2 days to fit an ad blu tank in our camper. Stuck the 1st day in the waiting room with not even an offer of water or coffee. Nobody would talk to us unless we pushed for updates. The language barrier was difficult but using Google translate helped. 2nd day exactly the same treatment, no offer of water or anything. Not even allowed to go to our camper to get lunch. 2000€ for a tank and 740 labour, even though they only worked on it for 2 hours on day 1 and max 4 hours on day 2. Its left a bitter taste of our holiday in Italy. The only person there who was nice was the person on Reception, Maumzlo, he tried his hardest to help but the workshop manager Marco was rude, arrogant and ignorant.

It s too expensive all the parts for magnum dxi I baught an Italian tractor Renault magnum dxi from Savi Renault Truck Cuneo and the parts are cheaper!

Months ago, I left a negative review because of a problem with my vehicle. After paying an invoice for the work done, the problem recurred a few days later. I contacted the shop again, explaining the problem, and I didn't think they'd be available. I changed my mind... Replacement of a valve costing a certain amount, vehicle in working order, invoice amount zero. Kudos to you for your professionalism...💪💪

4 hours stuck for a hose 20km from them. With vehicle warranty and company warranty... really unprofessional.
