I give it one star because it is the Renault brand, a total disappointment, they have no communication with the customer, they are people who should not work with a quality brand like Renault, for the rest I can't say anything because they didn't even see the vehicle, they only asked me how I had to pay and in any case they kicked me out without even seeing the vehicle.
