R H COMMERCIALS (NOTTINGHAM)

Dreadful customer service, booked my vehicle in for diagnostics and repair, I called in on a monday morning was advised that the service department had no receptionist in and the parts department booked my vehicle in, was advised Thursday to have vehicle looked at. Got my vehicle recovered to them on Tuesday morning and it was there at 8am i was told if there was a cancellation my vehicle could be looked at sooner. They didn't look at it earlier which is fine but i called on Thursday to find they haven't touched my vehicle bearing in mind when i booked i made it very clear i needed the vehicle back on the road asap as we are very busy. I was then told they they will look at it the following week, my vehicle is based in Leicester and rh commercials in Leicester advised they could book my vehicle in on Wednesday but Nottingham have better technicians so i opted to use them, currently i have no update on my vehicle and was advised that the service manger was going to call me back its currently 16:30 and i haven't received my phone call. Probably the worst customer service i have received. They are charging me £125PH and i am getting this service. Definitely won't be using RH commercials again or buying any more renaults. Currently have 7 Renaults these are all getting sold and replaced

Always a problem, messing about with everything. The stuff is very nice but the amount of mistakes does not recompense Mechanics were claimed numerous times, thanks to management founded solutions each time

Extremely poor customer service run the place like a cowboy garage. Worst main dealer experience i have ever witnessed.
