Rang out the blue as I was broken down on the A14 about 40mins south of the dealership, spoke to a lad called Craig. Honestly never had service like it from a main dealer, didn't have the exact part I needed but as I was stranded in an emergency layby Craig cobbled together something that fit and worked to get me going again and out of harms way, not only did he do that, he then sent the bits out to me with one of his lads from the garage at minimal charge, obviously had to cover the lads wage and the fuel used, but compared to getting a call out from either Renault assist or from an outside fitter it was very minimal. I then fitted the bits myself as I carry a full toolkit with me. In short, excellent service from a very helpful individual who went well above and beyond to help out a stranded owner driver. Kudos. I will be back and will use this dealership again on my travels!! Impressed is a complete understatement!!

Sign says open at 6am i had appointment for 6:30am none turned up till 8am then waited to be seen till 8:20 then was left on the ramp whilst they went to the burger van to get there breakfast without even being told! I’ve had so many issue with my Renault master and still ongoing issues which is not acceptable for a van that’s only 3 years old and had not even hit 50k in miles

I had the pleasure of taking my truck here for a service and inspection and in 30 years of driving large vehicles the customer service was amazing very helpful friendly from the moment you arrived and till you drive back out again keep up the fantastic work and look forward to seeing you and your team again soon
