The review is for the service department of Honda Motorcycles. The place is clean and well organized. People working there are professionals willing to hear and answer your queries besides maintaining your motorcycle. Personally I would like to have a more clear view on the jobs being done on my motorcycle during the service process though, however I abide by the company's politics.

Went for a test ride today saturday 19 of july 2025.Even though there was one representative and some customers , he managed to cater everybody's questions and needs. He was very friendly , caring and calm and totally covered anyone's requests including mine.

After a telephone communication I had with the moto parts department, I was impressed by the service provided by the employee. I called to ask some information about a Honda motorcycle (which is no longer on the market) and its parts and while I wouldn't buy, wouldn't use their workshop or any other service, the employee explained me everything as if I had been a customer for years. Maybe they work like this in general, maybe I just ran into a real perfect '10' employee, whatever the answer, I appreciate it and I thank him.
