The service is normal, the people are polite, everything is cultured, lunch is from 12 to 14, they allowed us to have lunch in the car (the car was parked in the workshop).

Impeccable service, nothing to say, normal, they are professional. I give 1 star because nothing is done to make the customer wait: here, coffee is paid for, unlike in other Renaults, they are free, plus coffee is broken, you pay but no money and hey presto, no coffee either, arggghhh.

I recently purchased a heavy goods vehicle from Renault Trucks and I'm very satisfied with my experience. From the very first contact, the sales team was professional, attentive to my specific needs, and advised me on the model that best suited my business. The purchasing process went smoothly, with complete transparency regarding costs and options. I'd also like to highlight the responsiveness of the after-sales service, always available to answer my questions and provide follow-up after the purchase. It's a real plus! I highly recommend Renault Trucks Roullet-Saint-Estèphe.

Avoid at all costs! Avoid at all costs!!! [Edit after several months: First of all, thank you to the 3,000 people who saw my message. Secondly, after contacting Mr. Villeger, the manager, following his comment here, he promised by phone to reimburse me for the parking/security fees. Nothing has been done despite several calls from me. For the past month or two, my number must be blacklisted because it's impossible to reach it.] Quote signed for the replacement of a solenoid valve for the high-pressure pump. Replacement impossible, but they charge you €506 excluding VAT for the part (between €40 and €100 including VAT online). Prices are unregulated in France, okay, but at this level, it's unacceptable. I bought the complete, fully rebuilt high-pressure pump for about €400 less! So you pay for a part that isn't installed at an exorbitant price and that you'll never use!!! I made the mistake of disputing the charge because paying for a part that wasn't installed seems completely incomprehensible and unacceptable, especially since they could have had it taken back. As a result, they're charging me around €1500 excluding VAT for parking fees. The truck was dropped off on April 3rd, 2024, but the quote is dated April 19th, 2024. So, 16 days to provide a quote!!! It's outrageous!!! They also charged me €35 excluding VAT for the registered letter they sent me!!! Seriously? The total bill is around €2800 instead of €1000 if I hadn't disputed it. And for €2800, I get my truck back in exactly the same condition as when I dropped it off. It still wouldn't start, and I had to call my roadside assistance, paying part of the cost, to have it towed back. Nothing was done except try to change a solenoid valve, which they broke during disassembly. Despite their denials, my mechanic found absolutely nothing wrong, contrary to what they claimed. Their diagnosis was completely wrong because the fact that it wouldn't start was simply due to the ECU. And nothing else...!!! 1000 euros for the ECU with the new software, but at least after that change my truck started right up! But no, they preferred to change the overpriced solenoid valve first, which they didn't even bother to do. Their customer service is appalling as soon as you question something that seems unfair and abnormal. I will never again take my vehicle to a major brand dealership, and certainly not to this one. Choose another establishment that will almost certainly be no worse than this one, and you'll probably save a lot of money.
