They really helped! The Webasto was acting up for a week and a half – sometimes it would heat, sometimes it wouldn't work at all. Despite it being a holiday and a day off, we ordered the necessary part and waited for it to be delivered from another city... The actual work of disassembling, replacing, and reassembling the heater didn't take long. I think that's what professionalism is – they provided excellent service.

Very boring and impersonal service but that's the way things are these days, they're probably skilled enough but they miss a workshop where you can talk to a mechanic and go and cuddle with the car while they're working on it

They accepted it quickly. But they did nothing. The problem with the battery remained.
